St. Paul’s United Methodist Church has been part of the Tulsa community since 1907. From our historic home near Cherry Street, generations of siblings have gathered here to worship, ask meaningful questions, serve their neighbors, and grow together in faith.
Our building reflects a long and beautiful history, but St. Paul’s is much more than a building. We are a living, growing community committed to sharing God’s love in ways that are compassionate, courageous, and relevant to the world around us.
At St. Paul’s, we believe every person is created in the image of God and worthy of love, dignity, safety, and belonging.
We welcome siblings of every age, race, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, family structure, economic circumstance, ability, and stage of faith.
Whether you have spent your entire life in church, have been hurt by the church, are returning after many years, or are still deciding what you believe, there is a place for you here.
You do not have to have everything figured out. You do not have to hide your questions. You do not have to become someone else before you belong.

Our worship is grounded in the rich traditions of the United Methodist Church and shaped by scripture, prayer, music, communion, thoughtful preaching, and community.

We believe the church is called not only to speak about love, but to practice it.
Throughout our history, St. Paul’s has sought creative ways to serve Tulsa, support siblings who have been overlooked, and build relationships beyond the walls of the church.
Our ministries include worship, Christian formation, children’s and family activities, small groups, community partnerships, mission opportunities, and events that bring siblings together.
We are especially committed to standing alongside siblings who have experienced rejection or exclusion from religious communities. Our participation in Tulsa Pride and other inclusive ministries reflects our belief that LGBTQIA+ siblings are beloved children of God and should be fully welcomed into the life, leadership, worship, and ministry of the church.
We believe compassion is not a limited resource, justice is part of discipleship, and everyone deserves a seat at God’s table.
St. Paul’s is a congregation of The United Methodist Church and a member of the Oklahoma Annual Conference.
